Shipping & returns

All our parcels are delivered within the Netherlands by PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, parcels are delivered by the local delivery service.

Returns of your parcel are always possible within 14 days of purchase, in unworn condition and with attached label.

Please clearly state your order number with your return.

Upon receipt, returns will be processed and refunded within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Return packages without an order number will not be processed 
because we cannot find the sender.
