GENERAL
All prices on our webshop are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices.
ORDER & PAYMENT
Currently you can make your payment in the following ways:
- iDeal
- Pre-transfer
- PayPal
- Bancontact/MisterCash
- SoFort banking
- Picking up at the store
Production is only scheduled after receipt of payment.
If you choose the option 'transfer in advance' you will receive an order confirmation with our payment details. You then have 5 days to credit the amount due to our account. If the amount is not credited to our account after this period, we will cancel your order without notice to the contrary.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. This is always within 2 working days. Depending on the products you have ordered, it is possible that a product is not in stock and therefore has a longer delivery time. In this case we will inform you of this at all times.
We work together with PostNL.
We use the following shipping costs:
Within the Netherlands (standard PostNL):
€ 4.95.
To Belgium:
€ 6.95
Other countries within Europe:
€ 8.95.
Outside of Europe:
€ 19.95
CANCELLATION & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can always return your order to us within 14 days of purchase. This also applies to items that are on sale.
If a product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original and good condition.
If you wish to cancel your order, we request that you send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. Please clearly state your name and order number. Your order cancellation will be confirmed to you by e-mail.

Please state your order number and any reason for return.
The costs for the return shipment are always for the customer. If you return your full order to us, then we will refund you also the first paid shipping costs.
COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with a delivered product when it is defective or damaged, we request that you contact us. We will then look for a solution together.
